Director/PDMR Shareholding

London: Informa ('the Company') announces that as part of the Informa Long-Term Incentive Plan ('LTIP'), annual equity awards ('LTIP Awards') were granted to the Executive Directors on 14 April 2025.

In addition, the Executive Directors were granted nil-cost awards under the Informa Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('DSBP'), representing the proportion of annual bonuses received in deferred equity.

Full details of the Awards granted to each Director are included on the following pages. The LTIP Awards will vest no earlier than the third anniversary of grant subject to meeting the performance conditions applied over the three-year period ending 31 December 2027 and will be subject to a two-year holding period post vesting. Full details of the performance conditions will be included in the Directors' Remuneration Report within the 2024 Annual Report.

The DSBP Awards will be exercisable from the third to the tenth anniversary of the award and are not subject to any further performance conditions or a post-vesting hold period.

Following the grant of these equity awards, the Executive Directors will hold the following number of vested and unvested shares in Informa:

·      Stephen A. Carter, Group Chief Executive: 2,757,039 shares

·      Gareth Wright, Group Finance Director: 1,199,893 shares

·      Patrick Martell, Group COO and CEO of Informa Markets: 751,389 shares
