London: Informa PLC (the "Company") today announces that Greg Lock will retire as Deputy Chairman and a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on 24 May 2019 and will therefore not be seeking election by shareholders at the AGM.  The Notice of AGM will be issued to shareholders on 23 April 2019.

Greg is a member of the Company's Audit and Nomination Committees.
