Cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Infinity Mining Limited (ASX: IMI) notifies the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) for the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

The Company confirms that it has issued 450,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in accordance with the Company’s Employee Share Option Plan. Following the release from voluntary escrow on 11 August 2023, the Company applies for quotation. Further details can be found on Appendix 2A dated 14 August 2023.

The Company gives a notice that:

• a) the Shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act );

• b) this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• c) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M as they apply to the Company and with section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• d) as at the date of this notice there is no information which is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A (7) and (8) of the Corporations Act.
