Cleansing notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

Infinity Mining Limited (ASX: IMI) notifies the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) for the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporation Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

The Company gives notice that:

1. 5,200,000 ordinary shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) as set out in the Appendix 2A released today;

2. this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

3. as at the date of this notice:

   • a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M and with sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • b) there is no information which is ‘excluded information’ within the meaning of sections 708A (7) and (8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice.
