NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTOR/PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY (PDMR)

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R, the Company announces that it received notification on 22 September 2015 that Tony Goodman, a PDMR, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of US0.10 each  in the Company ('Shares') on 21 September 2015 at a price of US$3.4244 per share.  The transaction took place in the United States of America.

As a result of this transaction, Tony Goodman now has an interest in 20,000 Shares.
