Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Raising of Tier 2 Capital Fund by the Bank through Private Placement of Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds aggregating to 22000 crore using BSE-EBP.

In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we have to inform you that the Bank on date has successfully raised Tier 2 Capital Fund through Private Placement of Basel III compliant Tier 2 Bonds aggregating to n000 crore (Rupees two thousand crore only) at a coupon of 6.18% p.a. payable annually.

The issuance/placement of said Bonds has been completed by the Bank through BSE-EBP.
