INDEL B COSTITUISCE LINDEL S.R.L. PER LA PRODUZIONE DI STAMPI IN PLASTICA LA SOCIETA' E' CONTROLLATA AL 51% DA INDEL B

Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), 11 giugno 2024 – Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Indel B S.p.A. – società quotata all'EXM di Borsa Italiana, a capo di un gruppo attivo nella produzione di sistemi di refrigerazione e condizionamento per il mobile e mobile living per i mercati automotive, hospitality e leisure time (nautica da diporto e recreational vehicles) – comunica che è stata costituita "Lindel S.r.l.", la nuova società che avrà come oggetto principale lo stampaggio di alcuni componenti in plastica funzionali all'attività produttiva di Indel B.

Il capitale sociale di Lindel S.r.l. sarà integralmente sottoscritto e versato dalla stessa Indel B che la controllerà con il 51% e dal socio Linea 3 S.r.l. che deterrà il 49%.

Luca Bora – Amministratore Delegato Indel B, dichiara – "Siamo molto fieri di aver costituito questa nuova società, che avrà la sede legale e operativa presso un nuovo e moderno stabilimento sito nel comune di Novafeltria e che sarà operativa dal mese di settembre, in quanto consentirà ad Indel B di migliorare la qualità delle proprie produzioni, di ridurre gli impatti ambientali e di integrare verticalmente il processo produttivo".

INDEL B CONSTITUTES LINDEL S.R.L. FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PLASTIC TOOLS THE COMPANY IS 51 % CONTROLLED BY INDEL B

Sant'Agata Feltria (Rimini), 11 June 2024 – The Board of Directors of Indel B S.p.A. – company listed on the Borsa Italiana EXM, heading a group that operates in the production of cooling and conditioning systems for mobile and mobile living for the automotive, Hospitality and Leisure Time markets (pleasure boating and recreational vehicles) - announces it has established "Lindel S.r.l.," the new company having as its main object the molding of some plastic components functional to Indel B's production activity.

The share capital of Lindel S.r.l. will be fully subscribed and paid up by Indel B itself, which will control it with 51%, and by its shareholder Linea 3 S.r.l., which will hold 49%.
