Imperial Brands PLC announces that for unforeseen personal reasons Pierre-Jean Sivignon has today stepped down from the Board.

Thérèse Esperdy, Chair of Imperial Brands, said "I would like to thank Pierre-Jean for his contribution to the Board.   The Board and I were saddened to hear of his need to step down and we wish him the very best for the future".
