Friday, 27 September 2013 Draft scheme documentation lodged with ASIC Thursday, 24 October 2013 Court hearing to approve convening Invictus shareholder and option holder meetings Wednesday, 6 November 2013 Scheme documents mailed to Invictus shareholders and option holders Tuesday, 10 December 2013 Scheme meetings Tuesday, 17 December 2013 Second court hearing to approve Schemes Monday, 6 January 2013 Implementation of the Schemes
