EXPLANATORY NOTE

Immuron Limited (the “Company”) published a two public announcements (the “Public Releases”) to the Australian Securities Exchange on August 8, 2017 announcing;

a) A Change of Director’s Interest Notice for Immuron Director, Mr Peter Anastasiou who purchase ASX shares on-market; and

b) that Immuron is to Present C.difficile results data at the 2017 ClostPath Conference in Michigan, USA.

A copy of each Public Release is attached as an exhibit to this report on Form 6-K.
