Procedures Market Abuse Regulation

Mantua, 1 July 2016 – Notice is hereby given that, beginning today, the new procedures adopted by the Company on 1 July 2016 are available to the public on the Internet website www.immsi.it (section "Governance/Procedures"), and on the authorized storage mechanism , in compliance with the new Community provisions related to market abuse (EU Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union of 16 April 2014, Market Abuse Regulation, and the related implementation regulations of the European Commission) and specifically:

• the "Procedure for the Disclosure of Price-Sensitive Information";

• the "Procedure for management of the Register of Persons who have access to Price-Sensitive Information"; and

• the "Procedure for the fulfilment of Internal Dealing obligations".

The aforementioned procedures will be in force with binding effect from 3 July 2016.
