IMMOFINANZAGwas informed todaythat the RPRPrivatstiftung sold its entire shareholding in RPPKImmoGmbH,which holds a total of 13 million IMMOFINANZshares and 5 mandatoryconvertible notes issued byIMMOFINANZAG, to EUROVEAServices, s.r.o. Sole shareholder of EUROVEAServices, s.r.o. is Peter Korbacka.
Mr.RonnyPecik has therefore resigned as a member of the Executive Board of IMMOFINANZAGwith effect from today, 29 June 2021.
