On June 3, 2016, Immersion held its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Proxies for the Annual Meeting were solicited pursuant to Regulation 14A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The following proposals were adopted as follows:

  1. The election of two (2) Class II directors, David Sugishita and John Veschi, to serve for a term of three years and until their successor is elected and qualified, or until their earlier death, resignation or removal:
