Changes to Board Committees

IMI, the international engineering group, today announces changes in membership of committees of the Board as follows:

-     Birgit Nørgaard and Carl-Peter Forster, both independent non-executive directors, will join the Audit Committee and Bob Stack will cease to be a member of the committee.  These changes will be effective from 1 January 2014, save that Birgit will join the committee from 1 March 2014.

-     With effect from 1 January 2014, the Nominations Committee will continue to be chaired by Roberto Quarta and the other members will be Mark Selway, then Chief Executive, Anita Frew, senior independent non-executive director, and Bob Stack, independent non-executive director.
