AMENDED EX ENTITLEMENT TIME
By letter dated 22 December 2010 and lodged as an ASX announcement on that day, the Company advised an Amended Record Date of 27 January 2011 for the purposes of determining entitlements to participate in the distribution of Distributable Shares in Potash West NL, a company which is expecting to be listed on the ASX. This date remains unchanged.
In that letter, it was also advised that the ex‐entitlement date was “ close of business Thursday 20 January 2011” . Due to the Australia Day public holiday, this has now been amended to prior to commencement on that same day.
