RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Board of Image would like to express its sincere gratitude for Mr Chaodian Chen's service to the Company as a Non-executive Director.
As shareholders may recognise, Mr Chen has been a director since June 2016 and recently decided not to stand for re-election as a Director at the May 2023 AGM, and to retire from the Board due to other business commitments.
Mr Chen's business acumen and insights into commodity markets have been invaluable to the Board and the Company during its pivotal transition to becoming an active mining company and its operational successes across the past four-plus years.
Mr Chen’s contributions to the success of the Company through his directorship and interfacing with management created a strong foundation and solid business model on which to continue to grow the Company.
The Image Board wishes Mr Chen the very best in all his future endeavours.
