APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES
Iluka Resources Limited wishes to advise that Mr Geoff Allan (aged 58) has been appointed Executive General Manager Human Resources, commencing Monday 17 February 2003.
Mr Allan has an extensive human resources background in related industry sectors and particularly in emerging global organisations with head quarters located in Australia. In addition Geoff has, in his initial capacity as a strategic human resources consultant to Iluka and more recently as the interim EGM Human Resources, been involved in the development of the leadership team and revising the Company's existing human resources processes and activities.
In his new role Geoff will be accountable for the processes for recruitment, employee development, performance management and remuneration to ensure that Iluka has a capable and committed workforce to meet existing and future business needs.
His appointment completes the restructure of Iluka's Executive Management Team.
