Re: Notification of held meeting of the Supervisory Board of the company Ilirija d.d. – 06th December 2016
In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Market Act, the Companies Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Ilirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) informs that on 06th December 2016 the telephone meeting of the Supervisory Board has been held.
At the meeting held, the Supervisory Board consented to entering into Investment Loan Agreement with Erste & Steiermarkische Bank d.d. Rijeka to be performed by Company's Management Board, which loan is intended for financing the purchase of the Commercial shopping center City Galleria in Zadar.
