In accordance with the provisions of Capital Market Act and Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify you that the Supervisory Board Meeting of the company Illirija d.d. Biograd na Moru (hereinafter: the Company) was held on 01st December 2021 at 12.00 hours.

At this meeting, the Supervisory Board discused the Investment plan by profit centers for the year 2022., business plan of the Company for the year 2022. and determined the framework plan of the year 2022 as follows:

• 1. February 2022 .;
• 1. April 2022 .;
• 1. July 2022;
• 1. November 2022.

Prior to the meeting of the Supervisory Board, a meeting of the Audit Committee was held to discuss the course of the audit of the financial statements of Ilirija d.d. for the year 2021.
