ESCROW RELEASE
Further to the announcement made on 4 April 2002 in relation to the voluntary escrow of a total of 1,199,994 fully paid ordinary shares, the Company confirms that 524,996 of these fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 28 March 2002.
A total of 1,499,994 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company were issued pursuant to a prospectus dated 19 March 2002 as consideration for the acquisition of 50% of the issued capital of Southstar Resources Limited.
