IGB BERHAD ("IGB" OR "COMPANY") (I) Proposed joint venture ("JV") between IGB Corporation Berhad ("IGBCB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGB, and Southkey City Sdn Bhd ("SCSB"), through Enrich Horizon Sdn Bhd ("EHSB" or the "JVC") (the "Proposed JV"); and (II) Proposed acquisition by EHSB of 2 parcels of leasehold land measuring approximately 859,897 square feet located in Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru, Negeri Johor (the "Land"), in relation to the Proposed JV (the "Proposed Acquisition") collectively referred to as the "Proposals" We refer to the announcements dated 27 August 2025, 16 February 2026 and 10 March 2026 regarding the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions in the Announcements apply here. IGB announces that the Proposed Acquisition was completed on 8 June 2026 in accordance with the SPA's terms and conditions and EHSB has been given vacant possession of the Land. The Proposals are now completed following the completion of the Proposed Acquisition. This announcement is dated 8 June 2026.
