ifa systems AG: Changes to the Supervisory Board

On July 20, 2017 Mr. Matthias Maus, chairman of the supervisory board of ifa systems AG, resigned from his office with effect as of 24 October 2017, the prospective date of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of ifa systems AG. Also Mr. Takayuki Yamazaki und Mr. Shigehiro Ogino resign from their offices with effect as of 24 October 2017, the prospective date of the ordinary shareholders’ meeting of ifa systems AG. The members of the management board would like to thank Mr. Matthias Maus, Mr. Takayuki Yamazaki and Mr. Shigehiro Ogino for their support during their time of office. “We fully understand that the tasks of the members of the Supervisory Board of a stocklisted company are difficult to fulfill while handling the tasks of a full managerial position”, said Jörg Polis, Chairman of the Board of Management of ifa systems AG. “Nevertheless, their contribution at the beginning of the cooperation with our new major shareholder Topcon was very valuable.”

The nomination of the new candidates for the election to the Supervisory Board will be published soon. Management expects that Topcon’s commitment will persist and they will choose two delegates with knowledge and experience in F&A and Legal. The third person shall be from the industry to round up the competences represented on the Board.
