Appendix 3Y - Change of Director's Interest Notice - Andrew Barkla
The attached Appendix 3Y relates to a reduction in the relevant interest in the Company's securities held by Andrew Barkla, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of IDP Education.
Mr Barkla has sold 3,435,469 shares the majority of which were from the exercise of his pre-IPO options. The sale was conducted primarily to fund the exercise of these options and pay the income tax connected to these awards.
The sale has been made in accordance with the Company's securities trading policy.
Mr Barkla will continue to retain a significant investment in IDP and is committed to leading this Australian-based, global success story.
