4 August 2025 - Identitii (ASX:ID8) (‘ Identitii’ , ‘ the Company ’) refers to the ASX announcement of 1 August 2025 and advises that it has today repaid in full the amount outstanding to Mitchell Asset Management Pty Ltd ACN 123 804 491 in its capacity as trustee for the Mitchell Asset Management Go-Innovation Finance Fund ABN 88 447 520 706 (R&D Funder ) under the facility agreement dated 5 June 2024.
