ATM Sales

IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) reports that, as of January 15, 2021, it had sold 3,109,890 shares of its common stock for aggregate gross proceeds of $49,999,986 at a weighted average sales price of approximately $16.08 per share under its at-the-market offering pursuant to an Open Market Sale Agreement (the “Sales Agreement”) with Jefferies LLC (“Jefferies”), as sales agent. Pursuant to the Sales Agreement, Jefferies, as sales agent, receives a commission of 3.0% of the aggregate gross proceeds that the Company receives from each sale of its shares of common stock sold under the Sales Agreement.
