Closing of the Transaction to Acquire Prolactal

Following the Company's immediate report dated January 27, 2015 (reference number: 2015-02-020206, the Company wishes to announce that on March 13, 2015, the transaction for the acquisition of Prolactal GmbH and its subsidiary, Rovita GmbH, was closed after all the approvals for closing were obtained.

בהמשך לדיווח המידי מיום 27 בינואר 2014 (מספר אסמכתא: 2015-02-020206), החברה מבקשת לדווח, כי ביום 13 במרס 2015 נסגרה העסקה לרכישת Prolactal GmbH והחברה הבת שלה, Rovita GmbH וזאת לאחר שהתקבלו האישורים שנדרשו לשם סגירת העסקה.
