Immediate Report on the Retirement of Mr. Asher Grinbaum, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

The Company wishes to report that Mr. Asher Grinbaum, Executive Vice President & COO, informed of his wish to retire from his position after forty one years at the ICL Group, including more than eight years as EVP & COO.

Mr. Grinbaum will retire on July 1, 2016. Mr. Charlie Weidhas, currently President of ICL Industrial Products, will replace Mr. Grinbaum.

The Board of Directors and the entire management team thank Mr. Grinbaum for his immense contribution to the Company and its achievements.

החברה מבקשת לדווח כי מר אשר גרינבאום, משנה למנכ"ל ומנהל תפעול ראשי )COO), הודיע על רצונו לפרוש מתפקידו לאחר ארבעים ואחד שנים בקבוצת כיל, מהן יותר משמונה שנים כמשנה למנכ"ל ו-COO.

מר גרינבאום יסיים את תפקידו ביום 1 ביולי .2016 מר צ'ארלי ווידהאס, המכהן כנשיא כיל מוצרים תעשייתיים, יחליף את מר גרינבאום.

הדירקטוריון והנהלת החברה מודים למר גרינבאום על תרומתו העצומה לחברה ולהישגיה.
