Search Committee for a CEO
Further to the Company's reports dated September 8 and 11, 2016 (references 2016-02-120376 and 2016-02-121105, respectively), the Company hereby reports that the Board of Directors has decided to appoint a Board Committee for the search of a permanent CEO, comprised of three Board members: Mr. Johanan Locker (chairman), Ms. Miriam Haran and Mr. Avisar Paz.
