Non-Executive Director Appointments / Resignations

Triple Energy Limited (ASX: TNP , Triple or Company ) advises that Mr Po Chan, Ms Fung Ming PANG and Mr Colin Hiles have been appointed to the Board as Directors. Concurrent with the appointments, Mr Tim Bardwell and Mr Francis Lim have resigned from the Board to pursue other interests. The Triple Board thanks them both for their contribution to the Company during their tenure. Details on the qualifications and experience of the new Directors is set out below:

Po Chan

Mr Chan has previously served as a Triple Director from Feb 2015 to Feb 2017. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and is a Director of Afanti Asset Management in Hong Kong. Mr Chan has experience in business consulting and investment banking in China and the Asia Pacific region. Mr Chan has held roles as a Director at PwC in the Advisory division and as a Senior Manager at ANZ in its Project Finance division and has significant experience in transactions in China and Asia Pacific. He holds a Masters Degree in Commerce (specialized in Banking and Finance) from the University of New South Wales in Sydney and a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney in Sydney.

PANG Fung-Ming

Ms Pang is a Hong Kong qualified accountant and finance professional with extensive corporate experience, including as executive director and chief financial officer of Zhong Yuan BioTechnology Holdings Limited.

Colin Hiles

Mr Hiles is an experienced retired commercial and corporate lawyer who has been a director of a large number of listed companies in Australia, Hong Kong and China.
