Major shareholder announcement

In accordance with section 30 of the Capital Markets Act, HusCompagniet A/S (the "Company") hereby announces that Nordea Funds Ltd has notified the Company that Nordea Funds Ltd through Nordea Funds Ltd and Investeringsforeningen Nordea Invest, directly and indirectly, holds 1,010,312 voting rights of nominal value DKK 5 each in the Company, corresponding to 5.05 % of the voting rights in the Company. Nordea Funds Ltd directly holds 436,199 shares, corresponding to 2.18% of the entire share capital in the Company.
