Mr. John Vemmestad, Chairman of Hunter Group ASA, has on 8 August 2017 purchased

1,000,000 shares in Hunter Group ASA (the "Company") at a price of NOK 0.30 per

share.

After the transaction, Mr. Vemmestad owns 1,000,000 shares, equal to 0.076% of

the issued share capital and voting rights in the Company.
