The number of shares to be issued will vary due to the extent of allocations to Reserved Offer Applicants under and the sub-underwriting arrangements between Eighth SRJ Pty Limited as trustee of the Philadelphia Trust and the Underwriters in relation to the Reserved Offer as described in the Prospectus dated 21 November 2006.
