Response to HUB24 Limited Statement on IOOF Holdings Limited Proposal

IOOF Holdings Limited (IOOF) notes the recent decision by the HUB24 Limited (HUB24) board in respect of IOOF’s indicative, non-binding and conditional proposal to acquire 100% of the shares of HUB24.

IOOF has, as a result of the HUB24 board’s decision, withdrawn the proposal it previously submitted to HUB24.

IOOF will continue to maintain a disciplined approach to future transactions and business development opportunities.
