Global COO Appointment

On April 11, 2023, HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (the “Company”) appointed David Riker as its Global Chief Operating Officer. As the Company’s new COO, Mr. Riker will lead efforts to scale the Company’s global business operations and go-to-market strategies, aligning the Company’s two business units, Confidential Computing and Professional Services. Mr. Riker will report directly to HUB Security’s CEO, Uzi Moskovich.

On April 11, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Riker. A copy of this press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
