Director Appointment

On April 18, 2023, HUB Cyber Security Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Ilan Flato to its Board of Directors. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.

Mr. Flato will serve as a Class II director and as a member of the Company’s audit committee, compensation committee and nominating, governance, compliance and sustainability committee. Mr. Flato will also chair the audit committee.
