नाबालिग से दुष्कर्म के दोषी को बीस साि की सजा

सोनीपत। खरखौदा थाना केत मे् सातवी् कका की छाता से दुष्कम्म करने व अश्लील फोटो लेने के आरोपित को अदालत मे् दोषी करार पदया है्। अपतपरक्त पिला एवं सत न्यायाधीश सुर्पि अतरेिा पसंह की अदालत ने दोषी को 20 साल कैद व 30 हिार र्िये िुम्ामने की n अदालत ने सिा सुनाई है। िुम्ामना अदा न करने िर आरोपित को दोषी पर तीस डेढ् साल की सिा भुगतनी होगी।खरखौदा थाना केत के हजार रुपये गांव मे् रहने वाले व्यक्कत ने माि्म, 2019 को िुपलस को का जुरुााना भी बताया था पक करीब एक माह िहले सातवी् कका मे् लगाया िढ्ने वाली उसकी बेटी घूमने के पलए घर से बाहर गई थी। बाद मे् िब वह घर लौटी तो घबराई हुई थी। उनके िूछने िर भी उसकी बेटी ने कुछ नही् बताया था। उस पदन के बाद से ही उसकी बेटी िपरवार से सदस्यो् से दूरी बनाने लगी और शांत रहने लगी थी। इतना ही नही् व स्कूल भी कम िाती थी। वह अिनी वाप्षमक िरीका भी नही् दे िाई। इस िर िब उसने व उसकी ित्नी ने बेटी से िूछताछ की तो उसकी बेटी ने बताया था पक गांव के मोपहत ने उसके साथ दुष्कम्म पकया था। साथ ही उसकी आिपििनक तस्वीर भी ले ली। इसके बाद िपरवार ने िुिलस को पशकायत दी थी।
