Sub: Intimation of AGM, Book Closure and Record Date

This is to inform that the 40[th] AGM of the Company will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12 Noon (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with General Circular issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated May 5, 2020 read with General Circulars dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020 and January 13, 2021 and SEBI Circular dated May 12, 2020 and January 15, 2021.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members of the Company and the Register of Transfer of Shares will remain closed from September 18, 2021 to September 24, 2021 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of holding the AGM.

Further, Cut-off date for determining eligibility of Members for voting electronically as well as at Annual General Meeting is September 17, 2021.
