The Company announces that the following transaction took place in relation to the vesting of certain restricted share awards ("RSAs") granted over ordinary 10 pence shares of the Company ("Shares") to Mark Slater, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan:
