CHANGE OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

The Board announces that with effect from 29 January 2018:

(1) Ms. Zhao Yaqin (趙雅琴) has resigned as the Financial Controller; and

• (2) Mr. Liu Chuanli (劉傳禮) has been appointed as the Financial Controller.

CHANGE OF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Resignation of Financial Controller

The board of directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Honworld Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that with effect from 29 January 2018, Ms. Zhao Yaqin (趙雅琴) (‘‘Ms. Zhao’’) has resigned as the financial controller of the Company (the ‘‘Financial Controller’’). Ms. Zhao has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter in relation to her resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the shareholders of the Company.

Taking this opportunity, the Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Ms. Zhao for her valuable contribution to the Company during her tenure of services.

Appointment of Financial Controller

The Board further announces that Mr. Liu Chuanli (劉傳禮) (‘‘Mr. Liu’’) has been appointed as the Financial Controller with effect from 29 January 2018. Mr. Liu, aged 37, joined our Group in July 2012 and served as the deputy financial controller of Huzhou Lao Heng He Brewery Co., Ltd. (湖州老恒和釀造有限公司), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and had more than 11 years of experience in financial management. He obtained a bachelors’ degree majoring in accounting and e-commerce from Hefei University (合肥學院) in 2003.
