Hochschild Mining plc ("the Company")

Additional Listing

Following the conversion of one 5.75 per cent Convertible Bond due 2014, application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 16,125 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company.
