Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 18, 2017, our Board of Directors approved an increase of the base salary of Ronald Junck, our Executive Vice President and General Counsel, to $225,000 per annum from $185,000 per annum. The increase is effective immediately.
