Kindly refer to our letter of even number dated 13.10.2020 giving prior intimation under Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 of the Board meeting convened on 10th November,2020 for inter alia, considering the financial results of Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) for the quarter ended on 30[th] September, 2020 (Standalone and Consolidated).

Further to above, it is informed that prior to the Board meeting scheduled on 10[th] November, 2020, a separate Board meeting of HCL has been convened on 29[th] October, 2020 to inter alia consider and recommend seeking approval of shareholders for (i) the overall borrowing limit of Rs. 2,500 crore for all types of borrowings I loans including bonds, (ii) raising funds by issue of equity shares through Qualified Institutional Placement method to the extent of 15% of existing paid up equity capital in one or more tranches and Recommending to the Ministry of Mines to modify object clause of the QIP from expansionlcapex plan to general corporate purpose including ongoing expansion I capex plan.
