Subject: Restructuring of the Board of Directors of Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL)

The undersigned is directed to refer to Ministry of Mines O.M. No. 10/3/2018-Metlll dated 29[th] October, 2019 on the subject mentioned above and to state that the above proposal was examined in consultation with Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). The approval of competent authority is conveyed for the proposal of Ministry of Mines for abolishing the post of Director (Personnel) on the Board of Hindustan Copper Limited.

1. The Ministry of Mines is further requested to take further necessary action for filling up of the post of Director (Operations) on the Board of HC1_as per last approved job description and assigning Human Resource and Commercial activity to CMD/existing Functional Directors as deemed fit by Ministry/Board of Directors.

2. This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises.
