The following is a Company Announcement issued by Hili Properties p.l.c. (the "Company") pursuant to the Capital Markets Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Markets Act (Chapter 345 of the Laws of Malta), as amended from time to time.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has signed a sale and purchase agreement with YIT Lietuva for a production plant in Lithuania, in the Klaipėda Free Economic Zone. YIT Lietuva is an urban development construction company, belonging to YIT Corporation, one of the largest construction services groups in Eastern Europe.

This 19,000 sq.m. factory was designed and built according to the needs of the tenant, the Rehau Group. Through its 170 offices worldwide, the Rehau Group offers solutions to the construction, automotive and industrial industries.

The Company is confident that this agreement fits in with its strategy to diversify its portfolio and tenant mix, ensuring solid, long-term investment. Upon publication of the deed of sale, the asset will join Hili Properties' portfolio and rental payments will begin to be received in respect of the property.
