With effect from December 7, 2015 Dr Michael Zammit Maempel, holder of Maltese Identity Card Number 51677(M), residing at 16, Sqaq Sampusa, Birkirkara, BKR 2283, resigned from the office of Company Secretary and Dr Karen Coppini, nee` Borg, holder of Maltese Identity Card Number 91185 (M), residing at 179, Triq il-Kbira, Mosta, MST 1014, has been appointed as Company Secretary.
Dr Coppini graduated as a lawyer from the University of Malta in 2010 and was admitted to the bar in 2011. Prior to her appointment, she was an associate with Refalo & Zammit Pace Advocates, practising within the civil and commercial law department. Dr Coppini acted as Company Secretary for regulated insurance intermediaries and real estate companies in Malta.
There is no matter concerning Dr Karen Coppini that requires disclosure under Listing Rules 5.20.5 to 5.20.9.
