Hexatronic completes previously announced acquisition of PQMS

Hexatronic Group AB (publ) ("Hexatronic") has today, June 8, 2018, completed the previously announced acquisition of Professional Quality Management Services Ltd. ("PQMS"), a United Kingdom based training provider for the telecommunications, electric/gas and health/safety markets.

As part of the transaction Hexatronic also acquires UK-based Smart Awards Limited ("Smart Awards") and Gordon Franks Training Limited ("Gordon Franks").

The acquired companies significantly strengthens Hexatronic's position and local offering on the growing UKmarket. The acquisition complements Hexatronic's strong FTTH system offer to the UK market and enhances Hexatronic Group's business area training

The acquisition was originally announced on June 1, 2018 and took place via a transfer of shares from the directors of PQMS. The acquired companies will be consolidated into the Hexatronic Group from June 8, 2018.

The acquisition is financed through a revolving credit facility provided by Danske Bank.
