Hexagon Composites ASA: Notice of extraordinary general meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 29 February 2016 regarding

the proposed private placement of new shares and strategic cooperation agreement

with Mitsui & Co Ltd.

The extraordinary general meeting to consider the proposed private placement and

strategic cooperation agreement between the two companies will be held on Monday

21 March 2016 at 09:00 (CET) at the Company's office in Korsegata 4B, Ålesund,
