Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Hexagon Composites ASA on 31 August 2020 regarding the private placement and the registration of a share capital increase in Hexagon. The dilution effect of the share capital increase caused MITSUI & CO., LTD.'s unchanged shareholding of 45,833,321 shares in Hexagon to be diluted from 25.01 per cent. on 28 August 2020 to 22.73 per cent. of the total number of shares on 31 August 2020.
