DISCLOSURE OF SHAREHOLDING

Reference is made to the announcement by Hexagon

Composites ASA ("Hexagon") on 29 February 2016, where

Hexagon announced the proposed issue of 33,333,000 new

shares. After, and subject to, completion of the issue

of new shares, Nødingen AS' unchanged shareholding of

6,940,045 shares in Hexagon will amount to 4.16%

(previously 5.21%) of the new total number of shares

and votes of Hexagon.
