Hexagon Composites ASA: Closing of the Digital Wave transaction

Reference is made to stock exchange release dated 26 October related to the

announced acquisition of Digital Wave Corporation. The closing of the

transaction was completed on 30 November.

With this acquisition, Hexagon Composites will fully integrate capabilities for

testing and requalification of high-pressure cylinders. The business will

operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Hexagon's US affiliate and will continue

to research and develop new products and services in this field.
